Dear Kristina,

I wanted to reply back to your office and let you know that all the arrangements that I made using Profi Tours worked very well and I had a great trip during my time spent in Bulgaria. I very much enjoyed the Rose Festival activities that were booked for me in Kazanlak and they were a highlight of my stay there. In regards to hotels, I would very much like to recommend the Light Hotel in Sofia and the Panorama Hotel in Koprivshtitsa. The Light was the best hotel that I stayed in while in Bulgaria, the decor was very colorful and the staff were very helpful and spoke excellent English. The Panorama hotel is a family run hotel with a wonderful atmosphere and the family staff were also extremely friendly and helpful, as well as speaking good English. In regards to the transfers that I booked, they were all good. I would especially like to highlight Nikolay from your office for his helpfulness to me during these transfers.

If I return for more travel in Bulgaria, I would definitely remember your office again if I needed to make some special arrangements, since I am very happy with the results on my recent trip.

THe hotel is wonderful and the staff are trying their best to help you with whatever tasks I gave them ()believe me a lot). It's recently entirely renovated so these pictures don't show at all what it's like there!
Highly recommended!

A very well equipped hotel in the centre of Sofia- easy to reach the main interest points we had to see during our stay!

Our stay in the Hotel Light was absolutely wonderful! From the second we stepped in the door, the staff was exceptionally helpful and courteous. Our room was nice - comfortable beds for me and my wife and a sofa bed for the kids. The best thing was how clean the room was - one of the best we have seen in Europe. It was an absolute oasis after a painful 10 hour drive from Romania.
The restaurant in the hotel had a very extensive menu and everything we had was excellent.It was also very reasonably priced. Again, excellent service - the waiter even brought an ice bucket for my beer when I was concentrating more on the entree.
The neighborhood looks a little shady when you first see the place, but I had absolutely no worries when my family and I were walking home at night. It is a 5 minute walk from all the main sights and there is a small 24-hour grocery store on the corner - very convenient.
