The room, the service, the food, all were excellent, I would recommend this hotel to anyone, and I will stay here again in a few months.

Every thing is not so bad, but PAY ATTENTION to your PHONE-BILL !! here is a RIP-OFF !! From Sofia to Italy they charge 3,60 euro every minute !! a 20 minutes call costs as a day into this Hotel. Maybe they love to overcharge their services, without understand ...

This hotel is rated a 4 star, but should be downgraded to a 3 star. The lobby is impressive, but the rooms are shabby and lack basic amenities such as trash cans. There is no closet to hang your clothes, only a lone hook. The bathroom is the only impressive ...
