Downward trend continues. They have lost the idea of what a hotel should be. I would NOT recommend this hoitel any longer. Last stay in November 2007 was poor. They are more interested in themselves than they are in the guests

Whilst still a good hotel standards are beginning to slip. Hopefully this will be rectified. It is beginning to be a bit expensive for what is on offer

Excellent hotel in good central location and opposite the Doctor's Gardens. Very helpful and friendly staff. My preferred business hotel in Sofia. Prices very sensible.

The Crystal Palace Hotel must be one of Sofia's best kept secrets. The hotel is only a year old and is in a central location. The rooms are spacious and it has a good selection of cable TV channels and a bath tub big enough to lose yourself in. Rooms ...
