Perfect hotel, large rooms, extremely clean, with really helpful staff, and the location it is near to airport,near to the downtown. There is a fantastic skybar, nice restourant.

My stay at the Best Western was a very pleasant experience and I can confidently suggest to Business travelers. It is located in a quite neighborhood, opposed to the inconvenience of the crowded city center. The rooms were spacious and clean with a fun and friendly staff. I had a gorgeous view of the Mountains from my balcony and I was very comfortable with the business apartment I stayed for my long-term business travels in Sofia.

I thought this hotel was great overall. The service, rooms, and location were all perfect! I have stayed in a lot of hotels and Sofia and this was my favorite.

I stayed at this hotel for two quite long periods (on business), and will happily do so again. The staff were extremely welcoming and helpful, the rooms are of a high standard, the restaurant is ok, and the room balconies and view of Mt Vitosha are an unexpected bonus. There is a useful supermarket very close, and a delightful beer garden (the Lobchitsa) just round the corner. Trams to the centre are just a short walk away. Only drawback - taxis can't always find it first time.

In general we had a marvellous impression about the hotel - it has a very nice view on the Vitosha mountain, as well as on the surroundings. The hotel is located in a pretty district, which was very lively with a nice restaurants around (check out the restaurant on the street behind the pool area in the hotel - bulgarian cousine, huge portions and pretty cheap!!).

The major advantage of the hotel is that it is almost in the center (the locals say that it IS actually the center) and on the other hand - close to the airport. It will cost you EUR 2 by cab to go both to the center or the airport (always check the fees/km on cab's window, usually it's ~EUR 0.25). Once we went by bus to the center - the bus stop is 2 minutes walk from the hotel, not much of exotic experience, but is still convenient (EUR 0.5).

The breakfest is not very rich though, but good quality. The pool area is magnificent both for the nap during the day time and the cocktails in the evening.The rooms are pretty big and since the hotel was built only recently are still in good condition.

We used to sit on the balcony and enjoy the view and the pulse of the city!
i would definitely recommend this hotel.
