Overall the hotel is decent. However the staff acts absolutely unprofessional. Only if you like to be completely dismissed and wait for a long time should you try the restaurant. The wait staff is focused on serving only large groups. Individual clients ...

We had never been to Bulgaria before so choosing a hotel was a bit hit and miss.
The Staff couldn't have been more polite and helpful, although some of the restaurant staff couldn't speak English we had great fun with them using our broken Bulgarian.
